The Oil Exploration Company holds its sixth board meeting within its seventh session

As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance performance efficiency and support its strategic projects, the Oil Exploration Company held at Ninawa Hall on Mon. 30/6/2025 its sixth board meeting within its seventh session, chaired by the company's Director General, Dr. Osama R. Hussein, and attended by the board members.

The meeting addressed several key topics, most notably the emphasis on adhering to the timetables for implementing seismic survey programs, given their strategic importance in supporting the company's objectives and expanding its work in the field of oil exploration.

The importance of coordination and integration between the various divisions and departments within the company was also emphasized, as a fundamental pillar for raising operational efficiency and enhancing the work environment, contributing to effective and motivating institutional performance.

The meeting discussed the report of the Field Operation Division and the company's financial report. The board issued a series of qualitative decisions aimed at enhancing financial sustainability.

The meeting concluded with the Director General emphasizing the importance of fostering a culture of teamwork and initiative, which will contribute to achieving more qualitative accomplishments that meet the aspirations of the Ministry of Oil and contribute to shaping a promising future for the exploration sector in Iraq.
