The Oil Exploration Company Holds its First Fraud and Corruption Reduction Committee Meeting of 2026

Under the directions of the Director General of Oil Exploration Company, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, aimed to supporting and strengthening the principles of integrity and transparency within the company, the Committee for Reducing Fraud and Corruption in Government Entities held in Ninawa Hall on Tue. 3-2-2026 its first meeting of 2026.

 

 The meeting was chaired by the Assistant Director General for Administrative Affairs, the Expert Hussein S. Awda, and attended by the committee members.

 

The meeting included extensive discussions on the requirements of the next phase, particularly the committee's tasks and duties during the coming period, in line with the established goals for strengthening the institutional practices.

 

The meeting also included identifying potential risks within the company's operations, where they agreed to develop appropriate plans to address these risks in accordance with the National Strategy for Integrity and Combating Corruption.

 

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Assistant Director General directed the relevant divisions and departments to implement this strategy, each according to its specialization, in a way that contributes to consolidating the principles of transparency and good governance within the company.
