The Oil Exploration Company Holds its 14th Board Meeting of the 7th Session
The Director General of Oil Exploration Company, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, chaired on Mon.29/12/2025 the 14th meeting of the Board of Directors of the 7th session, in the presence of the board members.
The Director General started the meeting with reading verses from the Holy Quran and a welcoming address to the attendees, emphasizing the importance of the current phase and the work requirements. Discussions at the meeting focused on several agenda items related to the company's operations and future plans.
The meeting included a review of technical and administrative reports, progress on seismic survey projects, and a detailed presentation of the company's performance during the past period. This included monitoring implementation indicators and discussing proposals to improve operations and enhance performance efficiency.
The Board also discussed the specialized training plan scheduled for implementation during 2026, which aims to develop the capabilities of technical and administrative staff and prepare specialized skills to meet modern work requirements. Additionally, the Board discussed the company's operational plan and its implementation in line with the established strategic objectives.
The meeting also included a comprehensive review of approved work plans, an assessment of progress on ongoing projects, and a discussion of several organizational and technical issues aimed to improving the work environment and enhancing overall performance.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Director General commended the significant efforts of the company's staff, particularly the seismic crews, for their outstanding achievements and results delivered in record time. He emphasized that teamwork, fruitful cooperation between departments and divisions, and high-quality performance are the true foundation for all future success in exploration and development operations.
