The Oil Exploration Company Holds an Emergency Board Meeting

 The Board of Directors of Oil Exploration Company held on Tue. 16/9/2025 an emergency meeting chaired by OEC Director General, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, and attended by the board members.

During the meeting, which was exceptional in terms of the topics discussed, the company's planning budget was reviewed, with a focus on providing modern equipment for the seismic crews and developing specialized technical systems across all technical divisions and departments. The board voted on the amendment to the planning budget.

The Chairman and members also voted to continue granting all contract employees working in the seismic crews overtime pay in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions, and pursuant to the provisions of Labor Law No. (37) of 2015.

Furthermore, the board discussed and voted on implementing partnership contracts with companies specializing in seismic surveying. This step aims to enhance the company's technical capabilities and develop its work mechanisms to meet the latest international standards in this field.
