The Oil Exploration Company Holds an Awareness Workshop on Risk Assessment and Control Mechanisms

In line with the directions of the Oil Exploration Company's senior management and its commitment to enhancing professional awareness and minimizing risks in achieving its objectives, the Planning Division, in coordination with the Quality Management Section, held in Mohammed Fawzi Hall at the company headquarters from 13-15/10/2025 an awareness workshop entitled "Explaining the Risk Assessment and Control Mechanism".

 The workshop was presented by the manager of the Quality Management Section in the company, Mr. Muhannad Y. Mahdi, who discussed the importance of establishing and effectively documenting a culture of enterprise risk management. This contributes to improved performance and reduced exposure to risks related to the organization's operations and the achievement of its goals.

The workshop also included practical examples and a simplified explanation of mechanisms for documenting risks and opportunities associated with the tasks and duties of different formations. This helped convey the concepts practically, contributing to enhanced understanding and adherence to preventive measures.
