The Oil Exploration Company holds a workshop titled: "Investing in Young Skills for a More Distinguished Work Environment and Cooperation Between Youngs and Experienced People"

Based on the directions of the Oil Exploration Company's senior management, under the supervision of the Youngs Support Committee, and in coordination with the Training and Development Department, the company held at Mohammed Fawzi Hall on 3/6/2025 a workshop titled "Investing in Young Skills for a More Distinguished Work Environment and Cooperation Between Youngs and Experienced People", presented by Ms. Nibras J. Hardan and attended by a number of the company’s employees from various departments.

The workshop addressed several key axes, most notably the rapid changes taking place in the energy sector, emphasizing that the real investment is not limited to natural resources, but also includes investing in young human skills that represents the spirit of innovation and the key of a sustainable future.

 The workshop emphasized that the Oil Exploration Company's senior management is keen to empowering Youngs and providing a stimulating work environment that allows them to express their ideas and develop their skills which reflects a deep belief in their vital role in improving institutional performance and fostering a culture of excellence.

The workshop also emphasized on the importance of understanding and cooperation between young skills and ancient experts, ensuring a smooth transfer of knowledge and achieving an integrated mix of vitality and experience, positively impacting on work quality and operational efficiency.

At the end of the workshop, the need to nurture young talent and adopt initiatives that enhance their role in the company's work was emphasized, ensuring its continued leadership in the oil sector.
