The Oil Exploration Company Holds a Joint Meeting with Kuwait Energy Company

Under the directions of the Director General of Oil Exploration Company, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, within the contractual obligations of the operator of Siba field, which include targeting deep geological formations in the field, a joint meeting was held at the Oil Exploration Company headquarters.

 The meeting was attended by the Manager of the Geology and Geophysics Division, Mr. Ali H. Hajouj, representatives of Basra Oil Company, and representatives of Kuwait Energy, the operator of Siba field.

During the meeting, the technical requirements and geological objectives were reviewed, as well as the subsurface geological challenges, and possible solutions were discussed to address them to ensure the continued development of the field and the achievement of its strategic goals.
