The Oil Exploration Company held a workshop titled "Employing Artificial Intelligence and Statistical Methods in Gross Domestic Product Analysis."

 In line with the directions of the Director General of Oil Exploration Company, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, regarding the company's development and establishing of a scientific staff through specialized training courses and workshops to develop the exploration work.

 the OEC Company held a workshop titled "Employing Artificial Intelligence and Statistical Methods in Gross Domestic Product Analysis". It was attended by the Director General's assistants, several divisions and departments managers and specialized company employees.

The workshop was presented by Mrs. Hind Hadi Mabrouk, an employee in the Information Management Department. The workshop covered several topics, including the Oil Exploration Company announces that the (GDP) for Gross Domestic Product was started. This project aims to employ artificial intelligence and advanced statistical methods to improve the accuracy of measuring and estimating the contribution of the oil exploration and production sector to the Gross Domestic Product.

 As part of this project, the company is working on integrating massive operational data, including drilling rates, geological strata assessment, and analysis of actual and expected production, with statistical models based on machine learning to improve the calculation of the true added value of exploration operations.
