The Director General of Oil Exploration Company Stresses Importance of Communicating with Staff

The Director General of Oil Exploration Company (OEC), Mr. Osama Raouf Hussein, stressed the importance of opening direct communication channels with the staff and listening to their requests and problems, during his meeting, on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, with a number of employees working in OEC divisions and departments.

During the meeting, the Director General reviewed the most prominent challenges facing employees and discussed with them appropriate solutions to overcome obstacles, in line with the applicable controls and laws. He also stressed the importance of enhancing joint cooperation and commitment to performing duties to advance OEC reality and its various departments.

OEC Director General confirmed that the doors of senior management will remain open to employees to consider all requests and problems, including humanitarian cases, noting that this comes within the framework of achieving OEC goals and strategy, and serving the public interest.
