The Director General of Oil Exploration Company receives the internal audit team for the Energy Management System

The Director General of Oil Exploration Company, Dr. Osama R. Hussein, received on Sun. 22/6/2025 the internal audit team for the Energy Management System with the presence of the Assistant Director General for Administrative Affairs, Mr. Hussein S. Odeh.

This visit considered within the internal audit program implemented by the company's Quality and Institutional Performance Evaluation Department.

The program aims to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of implementing the Energy Management System and document any developmental observations in preparation for the external auditor's visit and issuing the certificates of conformity for the system.

During the meeting, the senior management affirmed its full readiness to receive all observations that would support continuous improvement efforts and enhance performance in accordance with quality system requirements.

 The internal audit team, accompanied by members of the Quality Section, began its field visits to a number of the company's entities in accordance with the approved audit plan. Technical and administrative observations were documented, contributing to the development of the work.

At the conclusion of the visit, the audit team expressed their appreciation for the warm welcome and the great support provided by senior management to the successful implementation of the system, appreciating the efforts of the Quality Management Section in following up and implementing the requirements of the Energy Management System.
