The Director General of Oil Exploration Company Receives a Delegation from the Chinese EBS Company

The Director General of Oil Exploration Company, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, received a delegation from the Chinese EBS company, headed by its Director General, Mr. Ma Cheng.

 During the meeting, they discussed the seismic survey operations in Al-Qarnayn Block and agreed to start operations at the project sites. They also explored ways to enhance cooperation between the two companies.

The meeting also included a review of the technical standards to be adopted for conducting the seismic survey operations in the mentioned block, ensuring the accuracy of the results and the success of the upcoming phases of work.

 At the end of the meeting, the Director General emphasized that this step represents an important beginning towards strengthening cooperation with international companies, which will contribute to supporting the oil exploration sector, open promising horizons for investing the national resources, which serve Iraq's future and enhance its position in the energy sector.
