The Director General of Oil Exploration Company meets with heavy equipment drivers, emphasizing the importance of field personnel

The OEC Director General, Dr. Osama R. Hussein, met on Tue. 6/5/2025 with a number of heavy equipment (loaders) drivers. This meeting is part of the company's policy of direct communication to enhance trusting between management and employees.

During the meeting, the Director General emphasized the importance of vital role of heavy equipment drivers in supporting technical and logistical operations in exploration projects, praising their dedication in performing their duties, especially in hard environments.

 The Director General discussed a number of demands and suggestions presented by the drivers, which focused on improving the work environment, in addition to some administrative and financial issues.

 The Director General directed to solve these demands promptly and seriously, in coordination with the relevant directorates, emphasizing that the company's senior management places its technical and service personnel in its concerns and strives to provide the best possible conditions to ensure professional and efficient performance.

 The meeting was attended by the managers of the Field Operation Division, the Public Relations Department, and the Citizens Affairs Section.
