The Director General of Oil Exploration Company Honors One of the Company’s Employees for Obtaining a Master's Degree with Excellent
The OEC Director General, Dr. Osama R. Hussein, received in his office on 7/5/2025 the Senior Engineer, Mr. Ali A. Hadi, working at Field Operation Division – 4th Seismic Crew. The meeting was attended by the manager of the Training and Development Department on the occasion of receiving a master's degree in Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing from the University of Southampton in UK, with 93.72% excellent rate, in record time as part of the Higher Committee for Education Development in Iraq.
This honor comes within the company's management's commitment to supporting scientific competencies and appreciating the academic efforts of its employees, based on the importance of developing human capacity to support the country's exploration efforts.
During the meeting, the Director General expressed his pride for this academic achievement, emphasizing that the Engineer Ali Abdul Amir's accomplishments are a typical model in ambition and diligence, and reflect the best image of the company's staff. He also emphasized the company's commitment to support the scientific and developmental capabilities of its staff, considering that investing in human is the main pillar for institutional development.
