The Director General of Oil Exploration Company, Dr. Osama R. Hussein, continues holding periodic interviews with the company's employees to know their opinions and suggestions, and closely review their requests and complaints.

He met at his office on Mon. 21/7/2025, with a number of the company's employees. These meetings, which are held regularly, aim to create a work environment based on mutual respect, stimulate a spirit of initiative among employees, and meet their needs in accordance with regulations and instructions.

During the meeting, the Director General emphasized that communication is ongoing between the senior management and employees, emphasizing the importance of adopting discussion as a means of solving problems and working as a team for public interest.
