The Director General of Oil Exploration Company continues his periodic meetings with company employees and discusses their demands

In its commitment to providing an interactive and constructive work environment, and as part of the management's approach to enhancing direct communication with its staff, the Director General of Oil Exploration Company, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, met on Sun. 25/1/2026 with a number of company employees.

This meeting is part of a series of periodic meetings held by the Director General with company employees, aimed to directly listening to their professional and technical observations and demands, as well as addressing humanitarian cases to strengthening communication between senior management and employees at various work sites.

During the meeting, the Director General emphasized the importance of activating constructive discussion with all employees and responding to legitimate demands within the applicable legal and administrative frameworks, thereby contributing to improve the work environment and raising the level of institutional performance.

He also stressed the senior management’s keenness to overcome obstacles and provide the necessary support to the company’s staff, stressing that these efforts serve the strategic goals of the oil exploration company and contribute to develop the national economy.
