The Director General of Oil Exploration Company congratulates the Director General of Petroleum Contracts and Licensing Directorate on assuming his new position.

The Director General of Oil Exploration Company, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, visited On Wed. 8/4/2026 the Director General of Petroleum Contracts and Licensing Directorate, Eng. Ali Khayoun Khalaf.

Dr. Osama offered his congratulations and best wishes, along with a bouquet of flowers, to the Director General of Petroleum Contracts and Licensing Directorate on assuming his new position, expressing his hopes for his success in his duties.

 The Director General was accompanied on his visit by the Assistant Director General for Technical Affairs and the manager of the Public Relations Department in the company.
