The Director General of Oil Exploration Company conducts Periodic Meetings with Employees

As part of the senior management's commitment to strengthening communication with its staff and providing an ideal work environment, the Director General of Oil Exploration Company, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, conducted on Sun. 19/10/2025 a meetings with a number of company’s employees to discuss their requirements.

During the meetings, the Director General emphasized the importance of addressing these requirements within the established legal and administrative frameworks. He stressed the need to uphold the principle of transparency in dealing with various issues and to remove any obstacles hindering smooth communication between senior management and employees.

 He explained that these meetings are part of a series of periodic meetings organized by the company to enhance communication between management and its employees and to find practical solutions to the problems and challenges they face, thereby contributing to improving the work environment and raising the level of performance and productivity.

The Director General concluded by affirming that the company is ready to solve their issues and requirements with all seriousness and attention, indicating that meeting these requirements represents a fundamental pillar for strengthening the spirit of cooperation and belonging among all employees in the company.
