The Deputy of Oil Ministry for Upstream Affairs receives the Governor of Al-Najaf.

The Deputy of Oil Ministry for Upstream Affairs, the expert Bassim M. Khudhair, received the Governor of Al-Najaf, the Engineer Yousef Gnawi, in the presence of OEC Director General, Dr. Osama R. Hussein, the Director General of MDOC, and the Director General of the Petroleum Contracts and Licensing Directorate.

During the meeting, they discussed the joint cooperation and ministerial plans for implementing current and future oil projects in the governorate, which will contribute to supporting infrastructure and achieving sustainable development in the oil sector and local communities.
