The Board of Directors of Oil Exploration Company hold its 3rd session of 2025
The Board of Directors of Oil Exploration Company held its 3rd session on Sun.13/4/2025, chaired by OEC Director General, Dr. Osama R. Hussein, with the presence of Board members.
The meeting began with welcoming the presence, followed by a discussion of the topics on the agenda. The session included a review of the seismic survey report implemented during the first quarter of the year, where the achieved achievement rates were evaluated by the Field Operation Division, and emphasizing on the importance of commitment to the specified timetables to ensure the achieving of exploration goals.
The Board also discussed the company's financial report, where some decisions were taken that contribute to strengthening the company's progress for public interest.
At the conclusion of the session, the Chairman of the Board of Directors stressed on the importance of concerted efforts among all departments and devisions to achieve the company's strategic goals, affirmed the Senior Management's commitment to supporting technical and administrative staff, and providing an appropriate work environment, which will contribute to strengthening the company's role in oil exploration sector at the national level.
