Ongoing Attention to Employee Affairs and Housing Projects at the Oil Exploration Company

The Director General of Oil Exploration Company, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, received on Wed. 24/12/2025 the Director General of Al-Kholoud Real Estate Investments Company, the investor and developer of the company's employee housing complex in Al-Waziriya area, with the presence of the members of the committee overseeing the construction of the housing complex.

During the meeting, the technical and implementation aspects of the project were discussed, focusing on the number and sizes of apartments and the number of floors, in accordance with employee requirements and established standards.

 The Director General emphasized the need to implement the project according to the highest construction standards, stressing the importance of providing all necessary services within the housing complex to ensure a comprehensive residential environment.

It was also agreed that the next phase would involve the formal handover of the land to the investor, as well as discussing the payment mechanism and agreeing on the number of installments, in preparation for commencing the project's implementation procedures.
