Oil Exploration Company Holds Periodic Meeting of Seismic Crews Heads

Within the keenness of the senior management of Oil Exploration Company (OEC) to follow up the workflow and enhance the efficiency of performance, OEC held its periodic meeting of the heads of seismic crews, headed by the Director General, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, on Sunday, 16 February 2025 at the Nineveh Hall at OEC headquarters. The Director General began the meeting by welcoming the attendees, praising the great efforts made by the seismic crews in implementing seismic survey projects with high quality and in record times, while achieving high safety rates and reducing the percentage of accidents.

During the meeting, they reviewed the achievement rates achieved in the seismic survey programs during the last period, in addition to discussing a number of important topics that contribute to supporting and increasing production, with a focus on the challenges facing the workflow and ways to overcome them. The Director General emphasized the importance of providing the necessary needs to ensure the continuity of operations successfully, stressing the need to intensify HSE awareness programs and training courses in order to enhance employee awareness and ensure a safe and sustainable work environment. This meeting comes within the framework of OEC endeavor to achieve the highest levels of operational efficiency, through continuous follow-up of field performance, and support the efforts of seismic crews to achieve OEC strategic objectives.
