Oil Exploration Company Holds Educational Seminar about Voluntary Donations to Support the Families of Martyrs and Wounded of the Popular Mobilization Forces

Under the directions of the company's Director General, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, within its humanitarian and community initiatives, the Oil Exploration Company – Citizens' Affairs Section, in cooperation with the Training and Development Department, organized at Mohammed Fawzi Hall on Sun.  14/9/2025 an educational and awareness seminar entitled “Voluntary Donations to Support the Central Committee Fund for the Families of Martyrs and Wounded of the Popular Mobilization Forces and Community Initiatives.”  

The seminar was presented by an employee of the Citizens' Affairs Section, Mr. Adnan A. Adnan, in the presence of Assistant Director General for Technical Affairs, Mr. Abbas M. Ali, and a number of managers of divisions and departments, as well as company’s employees. The seminar addressed the importance of voluntary contributions in this field and their role in strengthening the values ​​of solidarity and social solidarity. A presentation was also given on the most important humanitarian activities and initiatives presented by the committee.

The seminar witnessed a positive response from attendees, who emphasized in their interventions the importance of these community initiatives and the humanitarian and national message in supporting the families of martyrs, wounded, orphans, and needy families. They also expressed their readiness to participate in these efforts, which strengthens the spirit of cooperation and belonging.

At the conclusion of the seminar, participants issued several recommendations, most notably: intensifying awareness campaigns within the company about the importance of voluntary donations, expanding employee participation, and supporting sustainable community initiatives that promote social solidarity and assist the families of martyrs and the wounded.
