OEC Director General conducts interviews with employees

As part of Oil Exploration Company's commitment to enhancing communication with its staff and creating an ideal work environment, the Company's Director General, Dr. Osama R. Hussein, conducted on Tue. 29/4/2025, an interview with a number of the company’s employees to discuss their problems and demands.

During the meeting, the Director General listened to the employees who talked about the most prominent challenges and obstacles they face in performing their daily duties.

 He expressed his appreciation for their comments, emphasizing that the Senior Management takes care about these issues and seeks to solve them in accordance with applicable legal regulations and instructions.

The Director General also repeated his commitment to continue communication with all company’s employees, emphasizing that the transparency and mutual cooperation are the basic for providing a productive and stable work environment.

 The employees expressed their gratitude to the company's senior management for this initiative, praising the support of the management and emphasizing the importance of continuing such interviews, which reinforce the principle of partnership in facing challenges and strengthening teamwork.
