A continuous endeavor to raise the level of employees by establishing a training center at Al-Barjisiah site.

In implementation of the instructions of Mr. Nashwan Muhammad Nuri, Director General of the Oil Exploration Company, during his visit to the engineering department in Al Nahrawan on 21/10/2020, he urged workers to establish a training center at Al-Barjisia site affiliated to the Field Operations division for training on the optimal use and maintenance of equipment and devices to advance the production process and business continuity, the first qualifying course for training was launched on 16/11/2020 for the drilling and mechanics staff of the seismic crew:4 working in Majnoon Oil Field, in which a group of specialists participated and included several axes, including drilling and maintenance of drilling rigs, machinery and equipment to increase the skills of workers and new drillers.
