To reinforce the principle to strengthen direct communication, the Director General of the Oil Exploration Company met with a number of employees to discuss their legitimate demands

On Wed. 19/8/2026, the Director General of the Oil Exploration Company, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, received at his office in the company headquarters a group of company employees. This meeting was part of his periodic meetings of listening to employees' demands and discussing issues related to the work environment.

During the meetings, the Director General listened to the most prominent problems and obstacles facing employees in their workplaces, whether administrative or technical. He emphasized the importance of providing a supportive and motivating work environment that contributes to strengthening organizational loyalty and raising the level of performance and productivity.

He expressed his full readiness to discuss the legitimate demands, directing the relevant departments to study the cases presented, especially those with humanitarian implications, and to take the necessary procedures in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions to guarantee the rights of all employees.
