The Youth Support Subcommittee at the Oil Exploration Company held a workshop entitled "Defensive Driving."

Based on the directives of the Director General of the Oil Exploration Company, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, to conduct technical workshops, scientific lectures, and awareness seminars to enhance the efficiency and capabilities of company employees, the Youth Support Subcommittee, in coordination with the Training and Development Department, held at Mohammed Fawzi Hall on Wed. 29/7/2026 a workshop entitled "Defensive Driving".

The workshop was presented by the manager of the Health, Safety, and Environment Department, the Engineer Hassan S. Jassim, and was attended by a group of the company employees.

 The workshop covered several topics, including raising awareness about defensive driving, reviewing safety procedures to be followed when driving, and adhering to proper traffic rules. Video clips were shown illustrating the dangers of violating safety rules and the resulting damage. The workshop also addressed the safe speed limits for each road and highlighted the consequences of exceeding the speed limit. The workshop included several discussions and recommendations for adhering to traffic rules.
