The Subcommittee for Simplifying Government Procedures and Services in the Oil Exploration Company held its periodic meeting

In line with the directions of the Senior Management in the Oil Exploration Company, represented by the Director General, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, and his commitment to developing and utilizing modern methods towards integrated digital management within the company.

 The Subcommittee for Simplifying Government Procedures and Services, chaired by the Assistant Director General for Administrative Affairs, Expert Hussein S. Awda, held at Ninawah Hall on 5/5/2026 its periodic meeting.

During the meeting, the activation of the complete digital transformation of correspondence and mail between divisions and departments was discussed, in addition to automating leave reports and large documents through the electronic system designed by the Information and Communications Technology Department.

This step aims to implement governmental and ministerial directions to save time and effort, reduce expenses, and ultimately create a smart work environment that eliminates Routen  processes and supports the efficiency of institutional performance.

It is worth noting that the Oil Exploration Company has a pioneering experiences in automation and governance, serving as a distinguished model among the Ministry's entities, especially since these programs were designed entirely through its own efforts.

The Oil Exploration Company has made significant strides in governance, and most of its administrative and financial procedures are now conducted using advanced software and electronic systems.
