The Oil Exploration Company Organized a Specialized Training Workshop to Enhance Effective Response and Communication Skills

The Oil Exploration Company organized a Specialized Training Workshop entitled "Effective Communication and Response Skills," presented by Ms. Nibras Jaber, Senior Manager in the Human Resources Management Department, in cooperation with the Training and Development Department with participation of a number of company employees to develop professional capabilities and enhance job performance.

 The workshop covered several topics related to the concept of effective communication, the foundations of professional conduct in the workplace, listening and dialogue skills, and mechanisms for preparing and formulating responses accurately and clearly. This ensures optimal information delivery and enhances the quality of interaction between different administrative and functional levels.

The workshop also emphasized the importance of possessing skills to handle various situations and choosing the appropriate style of response and communication. This contributes to reducing misunderstandings and making working relationships based on respect, clarity, and professionalism.
